My Mom again.
My mom quoted Socrates today, saying “the unexamined life is not worth living”. This is one of my favorite quotes and I asked her if she wanted to get matching tattoos of it.
She declined because she claimed she knows the quote and won’t forget it, so why get a tattoo?
But she eventually conceded and said if she gets dementia, then I’m free to tattoo her.
Good to know.

So I found a woman’s purse today on a bench at a bus stop, and after a short debacle getting in touch with her doctor’s office in Omaha, Nebraska (to eventually contact her, as she doesn’t have a cellphone), she came to pick it up from my apartment.
